ENTRY CONDITIONS

1.This international ECAHO ‘A’ Show is for purebred Arabian horses that are registered in any WAHO recognized studbook at the closing date of entries.

2. Entry restrictions: None

3. Qualifying Conditions for ECAHO Classes: None

4. Entry Fee: SR 500 per horse. Payment is to be made to the following bank account:

A copy of the payment deposit slip must be sent along with the Entry form.

5.For Non ECAHO Classes, entry is open to any eligible horse that is registered with the KAAHC

6. For KSA owners – a current registration certificate must be obtained from the KAAHC to accompany the entry form. The certificate must have the KAAHC stamp, signature and dated after 10 November 2009

The King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Centre will be responsible for confirming horse registration.

The entry will not be accepted unless all supporting documents are sent with the entry form, these include the horse passport registration, vaccination details & history and silhouette page (markings page), and payment confirmation.

Entries must be submitted by the official closing date :14th December 2009. Entry Fee: SR 500

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The show is governed by the rules and regulations of the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisations – Blue Book 2009. Participants submit themselves to the judges' decisions that are limited to that particular show event and based on the classification system fixed in the entry form. The official ECAHO representative, King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Centre, has invited the judges & officials, they work honorary and are not representatives of the societies they belong to.

2. All horses must be free from infections and from a home stock free of epidemic diseases. They must be effectively vaccinated against INFLUENZA. The Vaccination Certificate must be presented! Any horse may be quarantined at the direction of the Disciplinary Committee’s veterinarian.

3. No compensation for transportation costs will be granted.

4. A staff list for access to the International Quarantine Stabling must be provided with the entry forms. Only persons that need to enter will be permitted to do so.

5.The Organiser is not liable for damages and accidents to participants, grooms, audience or fittings, nor are they liable for theft.

6. Stable equipment has to be provided by the exhibitors.

7. All participating horses may be drug tested randomly on request of the Disciplinary Committee. In case the result is positive, costs have to be carried by the owner of the horse.

8. All exhibitors will be expected to conduct themselves in the spirit of the rules of ethical show behaviour and will be held responsible for themselves and their handlers.

9. Exhibit numbers will be distributed from the Organiser’s office.

10.Hotel Rooms will be provided for both the owner and trainer of International Horses only.Please complete the required form and lodge it along with the entry form. If this form is not lodged with the entry form, the provision of hotel rooms will not be guaranteed

11. KSA visit visas for owners & staff accompanying horses will be provided by the Organiser.Please complete the relevant form and send it along with a scanned copy of the person’s passport. 

This must be lodged no later than the 14th December 2009 After this date the Visa processing will not be the responsibility of the Organiser.

12. Certificates of participation and result will be issued by the King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Centre on confirmation of the results.
